1. Seoul Forest
Seoul Forest is a mecca for Happle, but it’s also a sunset spot. Located just off Ttukseom Station on Line 2, you can enjoy the sunset over Namsan Tower and the sunset behind Lotte Tower.
Between Ttukseom Station and Seoul Forest, walk past the Capital Museum and climb the Seongsu Cloud Bridge to catch the last sunset of the year.
2. Han River View Cafe Mulve Han River
One of the best sunset formulas is to watch the sunset from a river or mountain, so why not watch it from a cafe floating on the river? Mulve Hangang is a floating cafe on the Han River that’s a great place to visit when you’re craving a drink and want to remember the year with a view of the sunset sky.

3. Achasan
Acha Mountain is one of the best night view spots in Seoul, offering a wide view of the city. From the top of the mountain, you can see everything from Lotte Tower to Gangnam and Han River, Bukhansan and Dobongsan. It’s also a great place to go to make a wish on the full moon during Chuseok, and you can catch the last sunset of the year.
4. Seonyugyo
The sunset is especially beautiful from the Seonyugyo Observatory, which connects Seonyudo Park, a former water purification plant, and the Han River. You can watch the sunset from the Seonyugyo Bridge itself or from the back of the World Cup Bridge, both of which offer different colors under the same sky.
