Love Hatching Musical
Magical production, colorful staging, and a blockbuster story.
The musical, which has all the makings of a children’s musical, returns to Suwon and Icheon this January.
Featuring world-renowned illusionist Lee Eun-gyeol, the production, which has garnered buzz even among adults, is staged in a way that respects and protects children’s innocent emotions. It’s not just a show to watch, but an experience that deeply touches their hearts.
Even after the show is over, children continue to talk about it with excitement for a while. On the way home and before bed, they continue to talk about it.
It’s a performance that will leave a lasting impression and is definitely worth experiencing during your winter vacation.

Hyundai Children’s Book Museum
If you’re looking to get your kids into the habit of reading, we recommend the Hyundai Children’s Book Museum.
It is the first children’s museum in Korea with the theme of “books,” and it breaks away from the quiet and static image of conventional museums to present an experiential space tailored to children’s eyes.
Children develop their literary imagination and sensitivity by reading, seeing, and feeling stories through various programs with educators using picture books as a medium. The best part is that books are not seen as difficult and boring objects, but as experiences that can be enjoyed like play.
The current exhibition, The Thought Cabinet, is an intuitive way for children to understand the process of thinking and thinking by artists, and it stimulates curiosity about the act of thinking itself. The exhibition will run until March next year, and more information can be found on the official website of the Museum of Contemporary Children’s Book Art.

MMCA iSpace Winter Vacation Program ‘Heart Tree’ at MMCA Seoul
The MMCA Seoul is running a special program for children during the winter break.
The museum has a separate children’s space, which I felt comfortable visiting with my 15-month-old nephew. Unlike other exhibitions and museums, I think it’s a great advantage of the museum to have such an organized and kid-friendly space.
This winter break, the children’s space on the second floor of the Education Building is hosting an interactive program where children can hang their wishes on a tree for Christmas and New Year. Children can have a fun experience of ‘participating in the exhibition’ by writing down small wishes and hanging them, and parents can feel the warm holiday atmosphere together.
