These past few days have been unusually bitterly cold for spring.
But finally, this weekend!
The forecast calls for sunny and warm spring weather.
Weather you’ll regret missing and Seoul events you’ll regret letting slip by.
We’ve got it all covered.
From the Everland Tulip Festival, which is finally kicking off,
to the drone show announcing BTS’s comeback,
and the music festival.
Let’s check it all out here.
Everland Tulip Festival
Finally back: Everland’s signature spring festival, the Tulip Festival 🌷
A colorful spring celebration.
Under the warm sunshine,
let’s really soak up the spring atmosphere at Everland this weekend.
BTS Comeback Drone Show
Before BTS’s “Arirang” comeback stage officially began
landmarks throughout the city were bathed in their signature red light,
and a drone show takes to the night sky over the Han River.
Even if you’re not an ARMY,
why not witness this historic cultural moment firsthand?
Another stage for BTS unfolding in the skies above Seoul.
SpectroSynthesis Seoul
A special exhibition featuring 74 queer artists.
Spectro-Synthesisis the meeting of “Spectrum”—where a single light splits and spreads brilliantly in rainbow colors—
and“synthesis,” which gathers scattered light back together.
Seeking to capture the moment when diversity converges into one, this exhibition uses the city of “Seoul” as its backdrop to shed light on how queer relationships and narratives have been formed.
In the city of Seoul, where diversity is often overlooked,
this exhibition might just become a space where anyone can take a moment to catch their breath.
The Glow 2026
From Hyukoh to Lee Chan-hyuk and Jang Ki-ha.
Just looking at the lineup is enough to make your heart race—it’s a massive music festival.
Since it’s indoors, you don’t have to worry about the weather at all!
Based on my own personal preference, I’m most looking forward to the international band “The Walters” performing on the first day.
After all, music festivals like this
supposed to be about discovering new music, right?
It’s a great spot to discover not only your favorite tracks from your playlist,
it’s a great spot to discover unexpected ‘gems’ as well.
Morning Bukchon Rave
A club that opens at 8 a.m.
There’s no better way to wake up on a weekend morning!
This weekend, too, the Bukchon Rave with a live DJ.
All-Day Jazz Show
1976.
An era under the Yushin regime when miniskirts and long hair were banned.
Amid a social climate where even simple personal tastes were not permitted,
the freest genre of music is making its debut in Korea.
That genre is jazz.
South Korea’s first jazz bar, “All That Jazz,” has opened its doors.
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of “All That Jazz” this year, a jazz festival will be held in Seoul this weekend and next weekend.
The event kicks off in style with a live jazz performance at EDLS in Jongno to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
It’s a place where you can experience “real jazz” that’s still alive and breathing today.
Theater Play <The Time Lag of Fruits> Audience Chat
Even after the concert ended,
that moment when the emotions just wouldn’t subside.
Haven’t you ever wanted to share this story with someone?
At Hapjeong Darak, following the play *The Time Lag of Fruits*,
a “chat session” where audience members gather to share stories.
It’s not just about watching;
but a time to share our individual emotions with others who witnessed the same scene.
…a deeper conversation,
an opportunity to share with people you don’t know very well.
