Whether you’re a coworker, club member, or college buddy, sometimes you just need a breath of fresh air. In the past, it was called recreation, and in startups, it’s called team building. We’ve rounded up places that offer A.K.A. socializing activities. No more wondering what to do at workshops or drinks.
1. coin-op tennis pubs
It’s the golden age of sports. There are places that combine sports with pubs. CoinTennis pubs combine tennis and pubs.
Coin Tennis Pubs have screen tennis. You use a real tennis racket and ball to hit a target or opponent on the screen, and CoinTennis Pub’s screen tennis has a game mode and a practice mode. We recommend visiting with your team or friends for a game over beer and snacks. Check out their official Instagram for hours and details.

2. Paintbrush Action Painting
Instead of elegant topsies and aprons, you’ll enter the painting room wearing a full-body gown suit, goggles, and shoe covers like something out of a forensic science lab. This is the Action Painting Paint Lab. A time to unleash your inner artist to the beat of loud music.
You and your teammates work together on a single canvas, spraying and splattering paint. Before you know it, the canvas is covered in all kinds of colors. You can also play with water guns and shoot paint at each other. We recommend Action Painting when you’re looking for a casual, friendly activity.

3. Tekrun
Tekrun is a game where you step on red and die. Green is the safe zone, blue is the scoring zone, and red is the danger zone. Levels range from 1 to 10. Once you’ve broken a sweat, you’ll realize that these seemingly simple scaffolds are a challenge. The game can be played in teams of two to six players or solo, depending on the number of players.
After opening its first store in Kondae, it has since opened branches in Seongsu and Hongdae, and you can also find it in Gyeonggi and Busan. For more information, see here.
