Pompidou Center Hanwha Grand Opening
The massive project that Korean art fans have been eagerly awaiting, ‘Pompidou Center Hanwha,’ will finally open its doors on June 4 at the 63 Building in Yeouido. Reborn through the design of French architectural master Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the venue will host the exhibition “Cubists: Innovators of Vision” to commemorate its opening, showcasing approximately 90 works from the Pompidou Collection, including 12 masterpieces by Picasso.

Han River Drone Show
The final performance of the first half of the year for Seoul’s premier nighttime festival, the “2026 Han River Light Show (Drone Light Show),” will take place on June 5 at the Ttukseom Hangang Park Waterfront Stage. Starting with a busking performance at 7:30 p.m., a 15-minute multimedia show featuring a massive swarm of drones illuminating the night sky will begin at 8:30 p.m.
Seongbuk World Food Festival Nurimasil
Seongbuk-gu’s signature festival, the “18th Seongbuk World Food Festival Nurimasil,” will be held for one day only on June 7 in the Seongbuk-ro area. Under the theme “Tastes of the World,” visitors can enjoy authentic international cuisine and unique delicacies prepared by chefs from over 40 embassies, all in one place.
WeverseCon Festival
The ‘2026 WeverseCon Festival,’ a celebration for global K-pop fans, will be held over two days from June 6 to 7 at the KSPO Dome and 88 Grass Field in Olympic Park. A record-breaking total of 30 acts have been confirmed to perform this year, with Boy Next Door and the band LUSSIleading the lineup as headliners. Joining them will be a star-studded lineup spanning generations and genres, featuring trending artists such as ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, Tomorrow X Together’s Soobin, Ailette, PLYVE, and QWER, as well as legendary artists like Zico, Kim Jaejoong, and Highlight.
Baming Tiger Concert
Baming Tiger, an alternative K-pop group with irreplaceable energy, will hold their solo concert ‘Gongbu’ at the Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall on June 6 and 7. This concert celebrates the release of their recently released second studio album and marks the first live performance of their new songs, which blend psychedelic textures with retro band sounds.

The “Ghibli & Disney Film Music FESTA,” where audiences of all ages can once again experience the magic of beloved animated films, will be held on June 6 at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall.
