📌 Am I eligible for a refund? (Check eligibility)
This cashback offer is for regular users who consistently used the Climate Companion Card during the spring season. If you meet all of the conditions below, you are eligible for a refund.
Usage Period: Those who topped up and fully used a 30-day Climate Companion Card between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026
Card Types: Includes both prepaid (physical card and mobile app) and postpaid Climate Companion Cards
Eligible Pass Types: All passes, including standard passes, youth discount passes, and multi-child discount passes, are eligible as long as they were used until expiration.

🛠️ How to Apply: 4-Step Guide to Receiving 90,000 Won
The application period runs from June 10 to August 31. If you miss the deadline, you won’t be able to receive the refund even if you want to, so be sure to set a reminder.
Sign-up and Card Registration: Visit the T-Money Card & Pay website. If you are using a physical card, it must be registered to an account in your name. (Mobile cards are automatically registered upon sign-up.)
Access the refund application page: Click the “Climate Companion Card Cashback Application” banner on the homepage.
Enter account information: Enter the exact bank account number in your name where you wish to receive the refund.
Confirmation of Deposit: Once your information has been verified, the refund will be deposited into your account sequentially between late June and mid-September.
⚠️ If you don’t know this, you’re out! Criteria for being excluded from the cashback
Even if you used the Climate Companion Card to save money, please note that you will be automatically excluded from the refund if any of the following apply.
Early Refunds: If you topped up a 30-day pass and then requested a refund or canceled it before the expiration date
Short-term pass users: Usage records for tourist short-term passes (1-day, 3-day, 5-day, 7-day passes) are excluded
Non-registered users: Cases where personal verification (identity verification) is not possible because the user has not registered on the T-Money website
Tip for Seniors: For users aged 65 and older who find it difficult to apply online, the Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to operate separate offline and mail-in application channels in August. Be sure to let your parents or other seniors in your community know about this.
