For Seoul residents who have had difficulty finding a place to live, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 16th that it is implementing the ‘Deposit Supported Long-term Security Housing’ policy, which provides interest-free support of up to 6,000 million won.

The amount ofsupport: 30% of the housing deposit (up to KRW 6,000) for housing deposits of KRW 490 million or less.

Tip: If the deposit is less than 150 million won, the support can be up to 50 percent of the deposit(up to 45 million won).

Term: Interest-free for up to 10 years

A total of 6,000 households will be recruited, with the following application types
