The release date for the Korean premiere of the musical *Frozen*, which brings that fantastical world from the screen to life, has finally been announced.
August 13.
A magical, snow-filled stage awaits audiences, ready to make them forget the sweltering heat of midsummer in an instant.
It may seem like a long way off, but this production is well worth the wait.
The musical *Frozen* received rave reviews on Broadway, being called “pure magic” (LA Daily News) and “the new standard for Broadway blockbusters” (New York Times), and was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Musical.
Furthermore, since its premiere on March 22, 2018, at New York’s St. James Theatre, this production has set one of the highest advance ticket sales records in Broadway history.
In Korea, the production will premiere at the Seoul Charlotte Theaterin August, and is scheduled to move to the Busan Dream Theater in 2027to meet audiences there.
